BGO Casino is currently not accepting UK players. See these great casinos instead.

BGO Casino is no shrinking violet, it’s a bold, brash, boisterous casino with a  very visible marketing and a famous frontman. He comes in the diminutive form of Verne Troyer, best known as Mini-Me in the Austin Powers film series, who plays a character called ‘The Boss’ at BGO Casino. The Boss is a truculent, indulgent chap with a beefy bodyguard and a lavish lifestyle. He challenges players through his ‘Beat the Boss’ concept and appears all over BGO’s advertising promos. That includes a lavish UK TV campaign and loads of different angles on the BGO site itself. It’s not subtle. Some people will love it; some people will run a mile. But does BGO have depth beyond the flashy exterior?

BGO BOSS

As many of you will now The Boss, Verne Troyer past away on the 21st April 2018. He was the face of BGO under The Boss casino campaign. The BGO Boss is about as conspicuous a mascot as any online casino has employed. He features heavily in all promotional campaigns, fronts his section of the site and is generally the glue that binds the BGO brand. The ‘Boss’s Promotions’ page is where you’ll find all the latest BGO treats, all laid out in a series of thumbnails featuring his impressive range of facial expressions. BGO is an online casino that’s created a strong brand and isn’t shooting for a traditionalist audience. The tagline “BGO Beat the Boss” is marketing genius!

Looking beyond the brash banners, there’s a clean, well-designed site at the heart of BGO Casino. Where needed, they’ve stripped down the visuals and made pages look a little more minimalist. The game’s grid features familiar thumbnails atop a white background. There are some nice little design touches such as the casino images that pop up when you hover over one of the top menu choices. Even the loyalty store is a bit different. When you click to access it, some sliding doors open giving the impression of a real shop. These are little flourishes, but they do make a difference. Overall, the site is a bit too busy and overly branded for my eyes, but there is plenty of substance behind the style.

PARIS HILTON BGO

Now that we have recovered from the untimely death of mini-me, BGO decided to rekindle their love affair with none other than Paris Hilton. Paris is now the official ambassador of BGO. She has big shoes to fill. Well, small shoes but you get what we mean.

BGO LOGIN

Upon entering your details to the BGO login box, there appears a thin status bar appears at the top of the page. This bar displays important information, such as your current balance, bonus balance and your running total of ‘stars’ (which can be exchanged for bonuses in the shop). It’s a handy summary that helps improve your understanding of the site. If you want to dig a little deeper into your status at BGO, you can click on your name in the top right-hand corner. From here you can change your settings, including your marketing settings if you want to eliminate emails and texts, deposit, withdraw and set spending limits. It’s nothing revolutionary, but that shouldn’t detract from the fact that the BGO login has got their player portal spot on.

The top menu has finally been sorted out and is a far more intuitive interface. Whereas it used to have confusing, overlapping titles: “Casino”, “Vegas “and “Games”, it’s now been replaced with far more logical nomenclature.  There are short cuts now to Live, Bingo, Promotions, Loyalty, VIP and Tournaments.

BGO GAMES

The Boss can boast an excellent selection of BGO games from most of the leading providers. This makes the organisation of the site all the more frustrating as you’re never quite sure whether you can view every game in one section. All that said, there is no doubting the quality or variation of the catalogue. The three big boys – NetEnt, MicroGaming and Playtech Games– all feature heavily across all types of slot games. Online slots providers like IGT, Quickspin, Evolution and NextGen more than make up the numbers. You have plenty of choices from jackpot games to roulette and even bingo.

There’s a live casino with Prime Roulette, a bespoke bingo section, scores of table games and a healthy selection of online scratchcards. Live dealer games offer some exciting alternatives to the stock standard live casino with titles such as Royale Blackjack, Prestige Roulette, Live Football Roulette and Age of the God Roulette. All hosted by rather attractive looking dealers.

The selection of games is on par with the experience of Dunder or Casumo with plenty of choices.

BGO SLOTS

BGO slots represent the bulk of their games catalogue. Jackpot slots are found in both the ‘Casino’ and ‘Games’ sections, but again you can’t view all qualifying slots together. Even the ‘jackpot’ section itself is a bit misleading. It includes games that pay out high amounts but not strictly ‘jackpot slots’ in the way that other casinos define them. This can make it difficult to find the likes of Mega Fortune without using the (useful) alphabetical games list underneath the games grid in each section of the casino.

We really ought to mention the BGO Tournaments section. These are becoming all the rage amongst online casinos. It provides players with the opportunity to exercise their competitive streak and win up to £5000 real money prize. You will need to meet the entry requirements to take part in a tournament but don’t fret the entry requirement is excessively lenient as you need to deposit within the last 24 hours.

The tournament schedule is:

Breakfast Club:

Available every day from 6 am – 9 am.

Lucky Break:

Available every day from 11 am – 2 pm.

bgo Daily Giveaway:

BGO WELCOME BONUS

Bgo Casino is famous for it’s amazing welcome bonuses. Since it’s inception BGO casino has used a variety of NO Deposit Free Spin, Match deposit and even straight up cash to encourage new players to sign up. The new offer is a rather generous win up to 500 free spis each worth 50p on a deposit of £10.

BGO BONUS

The BGO bonus has changed a lot over the months and years. It once featured a layered bonus package activated by your first deposit. When I registered, I was offered a boosted 1st deposit bonus when I failed to deposit straight away too. The Boss emailed me within 24 hours and offered me what was (at the time) a ridiculously big 500% bonus with my first deposit. So, there’s my tip, consider sitting tight for a day or two before depositing and you might get a little more for your money. That said, I’ve got no idea if the tip will still work given that the new BGO welcome is their simplest (and fairest yet). So don’t be holding me to account if the Boss’s email doesn’t land in your inbox.

BGO 10 SPINS

The BGO 10 spins bonus has now been replaced with the 500 free spins on 1st deposit offer. BGO were offering new players from the UK BGO 10 spins no deposit on registration without bonus wagering requirements. There is no BGO promo code to worry about, just register and play.

There are plenty of other online casinos offering 10 free spins. Check out casino bonuses or free spins page for more information. The new BGO casino offer is in some ways far better than me 10 no deposit free spins as you can receive up to 500 free spins on a measly deposit of just £10.

BGO FREE SPINS

There is a new BGO Free Spins promotion on a small deposit of £10. Spin the wheel and you can receive up to a whopping 500 free spins! Each spin is worth a mind blowing £0.50 which means you have a chance to win.

This offer is open to UK residents only. You can win 500 spins from the mega wheel after your first deposit. The spins expire within 24 hours and there is a maximum bet of £2.50 per spin. The most you can win is £150. In addition, there is a 65X wagering requirement on all winnings and you cannot use this offer when depositing with neteller or skrill.

BGO CASINO MOBILE

BGO casino mobile is available through your browser on Android, iPhone smartphones and tablets and iOs devices. The BGO casino app is very faithful to the desktop site and looks nigh on identical, with the same menus and design. It can be used with any mobile device. Some pages take a second or two to load, but overall it’s a slick offering. You can access customer support and your wallet from the mobile site, so you have most of the functionality you need at your fingertips. To download the mobile app for Android users visit Google Play or Apple head over to the Apple Store.  The mobile app is free and includes most of the slots games you can play on the website.

BGO WITHDRAWAL

BGO withdrawal permits players to deposit and withdraw funds using a variety of payment methods, including debit cards,  Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Maestro, Skrill and Neteller. There is a minimum withdrawal £10 (or another currency equivalent) deposit. On the withdrawal side of things, one of the BGO.com drawcards is that you may withdraw your real money winnings at any time, except where BGO are required to withhold funds to comply with their legal or regulatory obligations. But there is some fine print here. There is a £2.50 fee on all withdrawals and a whopping £15 for international bank transfers.

Requesting a withdrawal will show as a pending status for 24hours on your account. Within this time you can cancel the withdrawal request. If you don’t cancel, the accounts team will process the funds daily.  The BGO withdrawal time for e-wallets is instantaneous, and 3-5 working days for credit cards and bank transfers. There have been some negative reviews about BGO withdrawal time but it all cases these are resolved amicably. We suggest if you have any problems ask for customer support via live chat.

The deposits and withdrawals policy is in line with many online gambling sites, except the somewhat disappointing withdrawal fee.

BGO CASINO REVIEW

We have highlighted in our BGO casino review the incredible offers some of the most spectacular bonus promotions around. This includes all manner of prize draws. We’ve seen them dish out £1 million worth of goodies, provide dream holidays to mouth-watering destinations and shower players with loads of free spins and percentage bonuses. Don’t turn off the promotional emails. It’s worth hearing from the Boss once in a while. The loyalty points scheme is good too so you can expect to pick up some extras there. We’d favour more extended customer service hours though. Currently, support is only available between 8.30am and midnight. Night owls might find that frustrating, but we appreciate that BGO doesn’t try and pretend they have a service out of hours. Some casinos do, when the support is very limited in reality.

BGO.com has become a household name, particularly in the UK where it has undertaken an extensive TV campaign. It’s a hugely successful casino with some strong branding and an incredible range of promotions offers featuring sizeable prizes and cash giveaways. They must be raking in the cash because why would Mini Me come cheap? Yes, it’s a bit too brash and ‘in your face’ for our taste, but that’s not to detract from its plus points. This a generous casino with a rotating list of chunky bonus opportunities, fantastic loyalty program and a huge games collection then register with BGO Casino.  Licensed with the UK Gambling Commission this site has a great deal of credibility. Those are the three biggest selling points of this growing online casino.
